- Push Web App
Process:
How to edit a Performance Review:
- Click the Employees tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Performance Reviews
- Under Actions, click the Pencil icon that corresponds with the specific Performance Review
- Under Reviewers, click the drop down menu to adjust the appropriate Administrator(s)
- Under Positions, click the drop down menu to adjust the appropriate Position(s)
- Under Reviewing, click the drop down menu to adjust the appropriate Employee
- Under Date Scheduled, click Select a Date to input the day and time
- Under Title, will auto populate based on the Template and Employee
- Once done, click Published
- Once done, click Save
How to delete a Performance Review:
- Click the Employees tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Performance Reviews
- Under Actions, click the Garbage icon that corresponds with the specific Performance Review
- Under Delete Performance Review?, click Delete
Additional Information
Performance reviews are a great way to regularly review an individual's contributions on the job. These assessments are customizable templates and can allow managers to review employees' work and save it to their Push profile.
You will not be able to adjust the Template when editing an already created Performance Review. You will need to delete and create a new one with the correct information.
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to View/Update Performance Reviews based on their Employee Information Permissions will be able to access Performance Reviews.
