- Please provide the Company name/location that the Form(s) are currently in, the name of each Form(s) you would like copied over, and the Company name(s)/location(s) you wish the Forms to be copied into
We recommend contacting Push Support to copy Forms only when the Form no longer requires edits. If the Form is copied over and you need to make adjustments (i.e. add a form field), this will not apply to all the Forms that were copied and you will need to make the adjustments in every account.
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to Update Forms will be able to request that Forms be copied into different accounts.
