Enable Mobile Time and Attendance
- Contact Push Support by email support@pushoperations.com
- Please title the email Enable Mobile Time & Attendance
- Please provide the Company name/location, and if it is all Positions or only specific Positions
Update Mobile Time and Attendance
- Contact Push Support by email support@pushoperations.com
- Please title the email Update Mobile Time & Attendance
- Please provide the Company name/location, and what Positions need to be added/removed
Additional Information
Please note, that employees will need to download the app from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, the app is called Push Employee app.
If you wish to review if employees are clocking in and out in the correct location, we recommend adding Geo-fencing to the account.
If a new Position is added to your Push account, the system will not automatically update to include them in the Mobile Time and Attendance. You will need to contact Push Support to update this for you. The employee will either not see the Time and Attendance section in the app or will not have the applicable Position available to select.
Any changes to the Mobile Time and Attendance, we recommend that the employees log out of the app and re-login to ensure that the setup is up to date.
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to Clock Setting will be able to request that Mobile Time and Attendance is adjusted.
