How to Request the Clocks to be Resynced for a Custom Hours Structure

Goal

• How to update clocks to reflect a Custom Hours Structure
• How to contact Push to resync the clocks

Environment:

• Push Web App

Process:

1. Contact Push Support by email support@pushoperations.com.
2. Please title the email Resync Clocks for Custom Hours Structure.
3. Please provide the Company Name and the Start Date (i.e. the start date of the upcoming payroll or the specific date for a clock entry).

Additional Information

Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to view/update Employee Positions will be able to request a resyncing of the clocks.
