- Why is there an icon that prevents employees from entering in their hours under Timesheets?

A stop icon will appear when employees hover over the fields where they would input their hours under Timesheets. This can occur for two reasons; the first timesheets are not enabled because employees clock in and out through the Push Time app or the Push Employee app.
the second reason is that the position associated with the employee has not been allowed to add their own hours under Timesheets. A Super Administrator will need to go to Timesheet Settings and update Employee Timesheet Permissions.
Once the Timesheet Settings is updated, the employees will no longer receive a stop icon when trying to add their hours in the appropriate fields.
Please note, that only Super Administrators have access to Timesheet Settings. Team Administrators can only enter hours under Timesheets if they have the permissions to Timesheet Approvals.
