How To Export From ADP Workforce Now

Goal

• Export data from ADP Workforce Now
• Extract data from ADP Workforce Now
• Generate employee reports from ADP Workforce Now

Reports 

• Employee Information
• Employee Profile
• Direct Deposit Information
• Year to Date Taxes

Process:

1. Click the Reports tab at the top of the screen 
2. Click All Reports
3. Look for the Personal and Employment section on the navigation pane to the left-hand side of your screen 
4. Run the reports below in excel format
   1. Employee Information
   2. Employee Profile
   3. Direct Deposit Information
   4. Year to Date Taxes
5. Reports that have been run can be found under the Output tab
6. Click the Report Name to download the report

Additional Information

It is important to unmask all sensitive data when running the report. If this is not done our team will not be able to complete the data migration process.
