Team Administrators can have as much or as little access to information in Push, and this article details the central permission associated with a Push Account. If you have an additional Module associated with your Push Accounts like Push Payroll or HR, there will be further permissions available to Team Admins. To skip to the part of permission relevant to you, use the links below.
Report Viewing Permissions
|Permission||What It Does|
|Run Payroll||This allows the admin to run payroll, view invoices, and access earnings and deductions.|
|Setup Company Positions||This is the ability to create brand new positions like Supervisor or Assistant Manager.|
|Use Logbook||This is the ability to view the logbook.|
Create Team Admins
This is the ability to create Team Administrators.
When you grant a Team Admin the permission to View something, they will only be able to look at that piece of information, but when you allow them to Update it, they will make changes.
Under Positions, you will see a list of Departments and the Positions in those Departments; for example, BOH: Dishwasher.

|Schedules||This allows the admin to either view or update the Schedular for the positions they are granted access to.|
|Salaries||This allows the admin to either view or update the salaries for the positions they are granted access to.|
|Clock Approvals||This allows the admin to approve the clocks for the positions they are granted access to.|
This allows the admin to deactivate employees for the positions they are granted access to.
If the Team Admin is given access to anything in the list of this permission, they will be able the create new employees and add information to these sections of the employee creation screen. Like in Position Permissions, you can decide if the Team Admin can View or Update these permissions.
Update and View Employee Information
The Team Admin will have the ability to Update or View the information based on the permissions assigned under Employee Setup.
View Employee List
The Team Admin is granted permission to view Positions outlined in this list; they will see a list of these Employees from the Active Employee tab when they log into Push and on the Timesheets.
The Team Admin will be granted access to the Sales tab. They’ll have the ability to enter forecasted and actual sales.
From here, you can select what reports a Team Admin will have access to. When adding report permissions, if you see any blue links, you can click those links as these reports offer additional permissions. If you would like to more about Push Reports, check out our Reports Guide
