Goal
- How to make sure the system assigns shifts to specific employees
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
Create a new Schedule Preset
- Click the Scheduler tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Schedule Presets
- Click Add Schedule Preset
- Under Label, click the box and input the title of the Preset
- Under Position, click the box and select the specific Position(s) that the Preset is available
- Under Days Available, check/uncheck the boxes that correspond with either: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday of when the Preset is available
- Under Base Cost, click the box and input the dollar amount associated with the Preset
- Under Priority Employee, click the drop-down menu and select the one specific Employee
- Under Preferred Employee, click the box and select the other Employee(s)
- Under Start Time, click the boxes and input the Start Time of the Preset
- Under End Time, click the boxes and input the End Time of the Preset
- Once done, click Add Preset
Update an existing Schedule Preset
- Click the Scheduler tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Schedule Presets
- Under Edit, click the Pencil icon that corresponds with the specific Schedule Preset
- Under Label, click the box and update the title of the Preset
- Under Position, click the box and update the specific Position(s) that the Preset is available
- Under Days Available, check/uncheck the boxes that correspond with either: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday of when the Preset is available
- Under Base Cost, click the box and update the dollar amount associated with the Preset
- Under Priority Employee, click the drop-down menu and update the one specific Employee
- Under Preferred Employee, click the box and update the other Employee(s)
- Under Start Time, click the boxes and update the Start Time of the Preset
- Under End Time, click the boxes and update the End Time of the Preset
- Once done, click Add Preset

The Auto Scheduling feature is currently available on the Premium Subscription.
