Please note: only Super Administrators have access to the Breaks Setup
- On the right hand side of the screen, select the drop down menu and click “Company Setup”.
- On the left hand navigation bar, Select “Clock Settings."
- On the Clock Settings page under Breaks and select Employees break in and out
- Scroll down to Update Settings
- Company Setup (top right drop down menu)
- Click on Breaks Setup
- To create, click Add New Break
- Input the name of the break
- Select the length of duration of the break
- Select whether the break is to be paid or unpaid
- Input minimum and maximum hours if necessary
(by default, leave blank)
- Select whether this break is to be enforced
(If employees are not required to take the full duration of break, please leave unchecked)
- Waiver is to be left as None
- Option to select the position(s) that the break is applicable to.
