Employee Steps to Self-Onboarding:
Please note: If you need to stop and save any of the below information while setting up your account, please press the blue “Save” button in the top right-hand corner. If you press the “Back” button on the top left-hand corner, any previous information will be saved.
- To begin, you must be sent an invitation to Push via your employer.
- Once they have done so, you should receive an invitation in the inbox of the email address/account you provided your employer at your time of hire). The subject of the email will be “Set Up your Push Operations Account.” This email will prompt you to set-up your account.
- Please press the green button “Set up my Account” if you are new to your employer and Push Operations. Enter your new password. Please note that all passwords created will need to meet the following criteria: A minimum of eight characters, with at least one (A-Z), one (a-z), one (0-9), and one special symbol (example: $/#&*!).
- If you have an existing Push Operations account with another employer, please press the option below, “ I already have a Push Operations Account.” In this case you will enter your existing login credentials to complete your employee self-onboarding.
- The next page will bring you to the ‘Basic Info’ page. Here you will have to enter all required fields in order to continue to onboard.
- The following page will require your ‘Banking Info’. Here you will have the ability to choose either ‘Direct Deposit’ or ‘Issued Cheque’ depending on how your employer dispenses their payroll.
- When choosing ‘Direct Deposit’ you will be prompted to enter your banking information and upload a photo of a void cheque or picture of your direct deposit banking information.
- If choosing, “Issue Cheque”, simply navigate through this page by pressing “Next” in the bottom right-hand corner.
- The following page will require your digital signature, which will populate on all onboarding forms available on the next page. Please press the blue “Save” button before moving forward.
- The “Forms” page will house all of your employee documents (ie. tax forms, averaging agreements, hiring packages).
- The following screen confirms the completion of your self-onboarding. You're “ALL DONE!”
