Here are the steps on how to manually sync to your POS. For a detailed video, please click here.
- Once you've logged into Push, select your name at the top right hand corner.
- Go to Company Setup and select POS. *Note: if you don't see a POS selection please contact your administrator to grant you permission.
Select "New Command" and under the "Command" heading, choose the type of sync you wish to perform. Team Admins will be able to see all the same POS commands as a Super Admin would.
For the date range, you can choose the days you'd like to sync.
For example: if new employees were added last Friday, so you can sync last Friday to today to get the newest update.
Once you've entered your desired data, select "Save" to complete the command. Under the "Job Status" column, you'll see a completion circle. Once it hits 100%, then the sync is complete. Typically, it can take up to 10 minutes to sync the data, depending on the range.
*NOTE: the recommended maximum sync range should be no more than two weeks at a time. A larger date range will take a longer time to sync and might overload the system.
