To reset an administrator's password as an super administrator:
- Select “Company Setup”.
- On the left navigation bar, select “Administrators”.
- Search for the administrator, and select the pencil/edit icon.
- Once the page has loaded, scroll down to "Push Payroll Employee Login"
- Here, you'll see the "Send/Resend Welcome Email" box.
Check the box off, and scroll to the bottom on the page and select "Update Administrator" to send the email.
- Once the administrator has received the email, they will have 48 hours to reset their password before the link expires.
