To reset an employee's password as an administrator:
- Go to the Employee tab.
- Search for the employee in the Employee List, and select the pencil/edit icon.
- Once the page has loaded, scroll down to "Push Payroll Employee Login"
- Here, you'll see the "Send/Resend Welcome Email" box.
Check the box off, and scroll to the bottom on the page and select "Update Employee" to send the email.
- Once the employee has received the email, they will have 48 hours to reset their password before the link expires.
