To reset an employee's password as an administrator, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Employees tab.
- Search for the employee in the Employees List, and select the pencil/edit icon.
- Scroll down to the Push Payroll Employee Login section.
- Check off to Send/Resend Welcome Email.
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Update Employee".
- The employee has 48 hours to reset their password once they receive our automated email before the link expires.
