We're always looking to make work easy for our clients and now contacting our customer support team is even easier!
From 9:00PST to 6:00PM PST you can start live chats when you run into any issues. If you are outside of these parameters, the chat you start will turn into an email that our team will get back to you with.
To start a live chat, the steps are as follows:
- If you're logged into www.pushoperations.com and need assistance, on the bottom left hand corner you will see a green help icon/widget.
- When you click the icon, you'll be able to do two things.
- Firstly, you can quickly search our support portal for how-to guides.
- If you can't find the answer you're looking for, you can live chat with us by clicking the "Live Chat" button on the bottom right corner of the widget.
- Simply enter your email and your question and you'll be redirected to one of our support agents. You'll be able to see where you are on the queue and if we don't get to you in time, we'll follow up with an email!
- You can also email yourself a copy of the chat if there was something you wanted to note, by going to "Options" in the bottom left hand corner and clicking "Email Transcript"
