In order to view schedule presets in the Sales tab, there must be two permissions set up:
- The team admin must have permissions to Revenue Centers
- Your Revenue Centers must have Positions assigned to them.
Please note: The Team Admin will be able to see all positions assigned to the Revenue Centers they have permission to.
You have one Revenue Center = Restaurant, and you have assigned all positions the Restaurant Revenue Center. The Team Admin will be able to view all positions' schedule presets in the Sales tab.
You have two Revenue Centers: BOH & FOH. You have assigned cook and sous chef to BOH and bartender and server to FOH. If you have given the Team Admin to BOH Revenue Centers, he or she will only be able to view the cook and sous chef schedule presets.
Once you have set up the right permissions, the team admins will be able to view and enter data into the schedule presets. For detailed steps, click here.
