Please note: if your company has just started with Push, our onboarding team can send all your employees a welcome email. Please contact your account manager or our support team.
You now have the option to send new employee welcome emails when they are added to Push!
The email will include items like how to login, how to download the employee app, etc.
- Simply follow the steps of adding a new employee, and select the "Send/Resend Welcome Email" box.
If you have accidentally entered the incorrect email the first time entering an employee, you can simply resend by:
- Go to the Employee tab.
- Find the employee and select the edit/pencil icon.
- Ensure that the employee's email is correct.
- Scroll down to "Push Payroll Employee Login," and check off the "Send/Resend Welcome Email" box.
- Once complete, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select "Update Employee."
