There may be times when you need to send data from your Point of Sale (POS) system into Push: whether that be sales, employee clock-in information, or organizational structure. One solution we offer is PushConnect.
PushConnect is a sales integration program built for these Windows-based POS systems.

How It Works:
Automatically Syncing with PushConnect
PushConnect pulls data from your POS system.
The frequency in which PushConnect pulls data from your POS depends on the kind of data:
|Sales||Up to Every 15 Minutes|
|Profit Centers||Up to Every 15 Minutes|
|Reporting Data (Report Codes)||Up to Every 15 Minutes|
|Clock Ins/Outs||Up to Every 30 Minutes|
(employees, positions, salaries, etc)
|Once per Day*|
*Frequency for organizational data is based on best practices, and can be reasonably changed based on the needs of your business. If you require more or less frequent syncing, please contact your account manager or our support team.
If you make a change to POS data throughout the course of your day, PushConnect will check the restaurant's data against what it already has, and send the new updates over to Push. It will also look backwards in time to synchronize the Last 15 days by default.
If a change is made to prior data syncs or you encounter any discrepancies that aren't fixed by PushConnect for outside the 15 day window, try manually syncing your POS to Push Connect. For detailed steps, please click here.
