- How do I use the chat bot in my account?
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Login to your account
- Under the Employees tab, on the bottom right side, click Chat Now
- Input your inquiry and allow Astra to provide you with support!

If you wish to connect with a member of our Support Team, let Astra know, and they will guide you on how our team can best contact you (e.g., by email or phone)!
Astra is available to Super and Team Administrators only; it is not available to employees. If you have inquiries, please contact your manager or direct employer.
