Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- In the top right-hand corner, click the Company Name
- In the drop-down menu under Organizations, click the name of the Enterprise Dashboard
- Click the Engagement Surveys tab
- Under Search, input the name of the specific Survey for quick access
- Under Status, click the drop-down menu and select either: All, Draft, Closed, or Published to filter the Surveys created if applicable
- Under Name, click the specific Survey
- The page will refresh on the specific Survey's Dashboard
- On the right side, click Share
- In the pop-up titled Successfully Published, click Copy Link
- Once done, click Close
- You are ready to share the Engagement Survey's unique URL link on the platform of your choice with your team!
Additional Information
You will be able to reshare an Engagement Survey with employees so long as the deadline has not passed. If your employees need more time, we recommend extending the deadline under Settings of the specific Engagement Survey. If the deadline is not extended, when an employee opens the unique URL link, they will receive a message that states "Survey Unavailable".
The following are messages that will appear in a Survey:
- Survey Unavailable: The Survey is no longer accepting responses and has been closed (i.e. the deadline to complete has passed)
- Access Restricted: The employee's status is no longer Active and they will not have access to complete a Survey (i.e. On Leave or Inactive)
- Survey Completed: Responses have been recorded and saved by an employee
Please note that Engagement Surveys are only accessible from the Enterprise Dashboard, which is exclusive to our Premium Subscription.
