How To Export Responses From An Engagement Survey

Goal

  • How to download the responses from an Engagement Survey 
  • How to send a copy of responses from an Engagement Survey to another team member

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

  1. In the top right-hand corner, click the Company Name
  2. In the drop-down menu under Organizations, click the name of the Enterprise Dashboard
  3. Click the Engagement Surveys tab 
  4. Under Engagement Surveys, a list of Surveys that have been created will be available to view
  5. Under Search, input the name of the specific Survey for quick access 
  6. Under Status, click the drop-down menu and select either All, Draft, Closed, or Published to filter the Surveys created if applicable
  7. Under Name, click the specific Survey
  8. The page will refresh on the specific Surveys Dashboard 
  9. On the left side, click Results 
  10. Under Results, click Export 
  11. In the drop-down menu, select either: Print, To HTML, To CSV, To Excel, To PDF
  12. A pop-up of the file will appear in your Downloads Folder!

Additional Information

Exporting the Results from an Engagement Survey will assist your Company and team with sharing and viewing the numerous responses to answers in a Survey.

The total number of Responses may change depending on the Deadline selected. A banner message stating, "Results displayed are based on current responses and may continue to change until the survey is closed," will assist your team in determining how the Survey is being engaged with your team! 

Please note that Engagement Surveys are only accessible from the Enterprise Dashboard, which is exclusive to our Premium Subscription.
