How To Delete An Engagement Survey

Goal

  • How to remove an Engagement Survey 

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

  1. In the top right-hand corner, click the Company Name
  2. In the drop-down menu under Organizations, click the name of the Enterprise Dashboard
  3. Click the Engagement Surveys tab 
  4. Under Engagement Surveys, a list of Surveys that have been created will be available to view
  5. Under Search, input the name of a Survey for quick access if applicable or on the bottom left side, click the Right-Facing or Left-Facing Arrow icons to see more Surveys that have been created
  6. Once the specific Survey has been located, on the right side, click the Ellipsis icon
  7. In the drop-down, click Delete
  8. A pop-up will appear titled Delete Survey, click Yes, Delete Survey 
    1. Once a Survey is deleted, the content can no longer be accessible 
  9. A pop-up will appear titled Survey Deleted, click Close

Additional Information

If you delete an Engagement Survey that was published, any questions that employees answered will not be available for you to review. We highly recommend that if an Engagement Survey is no longer needed, a user update the deadline to a past date and update the title to include "Do Not Use". 

Please note that Engagement Surveys are only accessible from the Enterprise Dashboard, which is exclusive to our Premium Subscription.
