How To Reply In An Existing Threaded Message In Push Chat

Goal

• How to continue a conversation in a Threaded Message

Environment:

• Push Employee App or Push Manager App

Process:

1. Open the Push Employee or Manager App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
2. On the top left corner, tap the three stripes
3. In the drop-down menu, tap Chat
4. Under Chat, tap the specific Channel or Employee that is waiting for a response to open
5. Find the specific Threaded Message and tap 1 Thread Reply/X Threaded Replies
6. In the pop-up, tap Send A Message, and input the content of your reply
7. Once done, tap the up-facing arrow icon on the right side
8. The page will refresh back to the Chat/Channel to reveal your reply within the Thread

Replies within a Threaded Message is a great way to continue a conversation relating to a specific message/topic without bombarding the rest of the Chat/Channel. This will make it clear when a discussion relates to a specific message to prevent confusion amongst the team!

Note that Push Chat is exclusive to our Premium Subscription. If you do not see Chat listed in your drop-down menu, your team does not have access to this feature.
