If something isn't loading properly, or you are unable to view something, the steps below may resolve your problem:
- Check if you have the latest version of the app.
- You can check by opening the left hand navigation bar, and tapping your name at the top of the screen. You will need to look for the "App Version"
- If you have the latest version, try the following steps below:
- Logging out and logging back in
- Fully closing the app, and re-opening the app (double clicking the home button and swiping up on iPhones or using the menu button on Androids)
- Fully turning off and on your phone
- Try resetting your password here
