- How to add notifications in Push
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Click the Company Name in the top right hand corner
- In the drop down menu, click Company Setup
- In the left hand Navigation bar, click Alarms
- Under Alarm Type, click the drop down menu and select the appropriate Alarm
- Fill in the appropriate Fields depending on the Alarm
- Once completed, click Submit
- The saved Alarm will be listed under Alarms List
Additional Information
In order for Administrators to receive a SMS text message, they must have a phone number entered in their Administrative profile
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to Setup Alarms have the ability to setup Alarms.
You can set reminders in Push for the following items.
Activating Employees: set a notification when an employee is activated from the Pending Employee List
- Select the the recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
Clocks Need Approvals Digest: set a reminder of a list of unapproved clocks that need approval
- Select the time you wish for the alarm to be sent.
CPP Activation: set reminders to adjust employees who turn 18.
- Enter the # of notice days, and the recipients list (the people to notify).
Daily Labor Report: set a reminder of when the Report should be sent
- Input the name of the Alarm, how often you are notified of the Report, select what Departments you wish to monitor, # of days in the past, and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
Daily Logbook Summary: set an alarm of when you wish to review the Daily Logbook
- Select the time you wish for the alarm to be sent and he recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
Employee Anniversary: Based on the hire date of the employee
- Enter the # of notice days you want to us to notify you, employee status (active or inactive), and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
Employee Attributes Dates: Notification of Employee Attributes
- Probationary Date: select the Positions to monitor, input the # of Notice Days that is the total amount of your probationary days (i.e. input 90 days and the alarm will be triggered 90 days after the Hire Date), and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email or SMS.
- Date of Hire: select the Positions to monitor, input the # of Notice Days that you wish to be notified of, and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email or SMS.
- Birthday: select the Positions to monitor, input the # of Notice Days before the employees birthday, and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email or SMS.
Employees Did Not Clock In: warning of when an employee does not clock into their scheduled shift
- Select the Positions which Positions to monitor, the # of minutes since the scheduled shift has started, and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email or SMS.
HR Task Completion: employee tasks that have been completed by an employee
- Select which Positions to monitor, the Task impacted, and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
HR Tasks: employee tasks that have a due date coming up
- Select which Positions to monitor, the # of notice days, and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
Labour vs Sales Threshold: set warning when the cost of Labour goes over Sales in the Company
- Select the period start & end time, the threshold %, which positions and revenue centres to monitor, and the recipients list (the people to notify) to email.
New Applicant on Job Postings: notification when a new job posting is filled out
- Select which Job Postings to monitor and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
Onboarding Completion: set a notification when a new hire completes their onboarding
- Select which Positions to monitor and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
Overtime: set warnings if employees are reaching an overtime structure
- Select which Positions to monitor, # of employees work hours elapsed (as a marker for OT), and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
Pay Date Reminder: Set a warning when the Company's payday is coming up
- Select the time you wish for the alarm to be sent, # of days prior to the notice (we recommend setting Notice Days to 5 days from the payday), and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email or SMS.
Survey Disqualifier Response: Set a warning when an employee answers an answer that disqualifies them from clocking in/out
- Select which Positions to monitor, select the specific Survey, and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email or SMS.
Weekly Overtime: set warnings if employees are going over their weekly hours.
- Select which Positions to monitor, the maximum # of hours allowed (as a marker of OT hours) and the recipients list (the people to notify) by email.
