- How to see what employees received Statutory Holiday Pay/Statutory Work Pay
- Push Web App
- Click the Reports tab
- Under Report Type, scroll down and select Statutory Holiday
- Leave the Departments and Positions blank if you would like to view all employees or filter to your specifications
- For the Start Date, enter the actual stat holiday date
- Click Generate
The Statutory Holiday Report, will break down the reason that an employee is Eligible or Ineligible to receive Statutory Pay/Statutory Work Pay, what was the Eligibility period to qualify, and the hours and dollar amount for Statutory Pay/Statutory Work Pay.
If you select the employee name, it will also take you to a detailed overview of their hours worked during the eligibility period to calculate the Statutory Pay.
If an employees was set to Ineligible for Statutory Holidays accidently, you will need to update their eligibility status under the Employee Profile. Once updated and if the employee qualified, the Statutory Holiday Report will also update to reveal how much Statutory Pay/Statutory Work Pay the employee is entitled toward.
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to Statutory Holiday Report will be able to generate the Statutory Holiday Report.
