Additional Information
If the Positions have a green circle, this indicates that employees can view their shifts via the Push Employee app or the Push Web app.
If the Positions have a red circle, this indicates that employees cannot view their shifts via the Push Employee app or the Push Web app.
We recommend leaving the Scheduler as Unpublished (red circle) until all adjustments have been made. Employees are notified each time a Scheduler is Published and when there are adjustments.
You will only be able to publish what you see on the screen. For example: if you have the server position filter on, you will only be able to publish the server schedule. To publish all positions, make sure you have not filtered the schedule in any way.
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to view/update the Scheduler by Position(s) will be able to Publish or Unpublish the Scheduler.
