Staff can submit their availability through a desktop or through the mobile app. Once staff have submitted it, managers can view their availability on scheduler.
Here’s how it works:
- Go to the “Scheduler” tab
- On the weekly schedule you will see green bars with hours they are available for, and red means they have checked off they are unavailable.
- Corresponding to Jennifer Aniston’s availability, this is what she submitted on her end (see below). The days marked as “x” are reflected as red on the manager’s view.
- Staff who have not submitted availability will have blank cells on the days of the week (no green or red). This is a good indicator to prompt them to submit availability online.
