Below you’ll find brief instructions along with a video on how to turn off end times for positions where you do not know the end time (eg. close shift).
Please note: Only Super Admins will have the permissions to hide end times. Also, for budgeting reasons the system requires an end time however you can turn it off when employees view the schedule. When you communicate the schedule, it will only display the start time.
- Go to the Scheduler Setting (left navigation).
- Under “Show Shift End Time” check off the positions you want to hide the end time. Choose Update Setting to save.
